Pilates is great for core strength and stabilization for shoulders, spine and pelvis. This aids posture, balance and stability. Suzanne is a fully qualified and experienced Mat Pilates instructor, and her classes cater for mixed abilities in a supportive, inclusive and fun environment.

As this is a Mat Pilates group, you will need to bring your own yoga mat and a small cushion or hand towel for head support.

The classes will run on a weekly basis, but as the classes will slowly build on moves and techniques, it is not essential to attend every class to gain benefit from this group (that said, regular attendance will yield the most benefit).
