Gardens and Things

The Gardens and Things Group is all about enjoying outings to interesting and unusual places in and around Suffolk. We typically organise outings between April and September each year, generally on the third Thursday of the month.

Unlike other Interest Groups, we don’t have a formal group membership, as our trips are open to every Stowmarket u3a member.

Previous trips have included Sizewell Power Station, Gainsborough House in Sudbury, Pakenham Water Mill, and a walking tour of Ipswich Historic Waterfront.

Upcoming trips are planned for Bawdsey Radar Museum and Fullers Mill.
