Book Club

A group of Bookworms meets every month at Stowmarket Library. We select books from the library for us all to read and then discuss at the next meeting. We take it in turns to choose a book and then the library gathers enough copies for us all.

We cover a wide range of genres. Not all of them are popular with everyone, but that is the idea of our Book Group - to try something new. Maybe we find a new author we haven’t tried before. There is always plenty of discussion, and although we don’t all have the same opinion of a book, we always listen to each other’s views.

We also like to know more about the authors, especially if they are new to us, and find out about any other books they may have written.
